I like the format of the memo because it easy to get your point across. It is also easy to know exactly who the memo is to and from. I like that its formal and has the subject included. I don't like this example, I just like that it has the general format of a memo.
For this example I like that it has the school district at the top because it seems more professional. I also like that it has more paragraphs and lists other information. I like that this example shows that a memo can be longer than just a paragraph.
